For hygienic reasons we don't accept exchanges after 24H from receiving a defected or wrong item. You can email us or send us a message through social media if you have any issues with your order and wish to replace it. We unfortunately won't be able to help you if : The scarf has any pin holes or perfume scent. The tags has been removed. You didn't contact us in 24H with proof pictures of the problem. We don’t offer checking the order upon delivery. Any placed order has to be accepted by the customer, and we’ll later send the courier again if they’re willing to exchange if we were informed within 24H of receiving the order, exchange shipping fees are applies.
We ship worldwide. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.
