Shipping & Delivery
- Inside Cairo : Shipping and delivery takes 1-2 business days (Saturday-Thursday) once an order is placed.
- Anywhere else in Egypt: Shipping and delivery takes 2-3 business days (Saturday-Thursday) once an order is placed.
- Worldwide: Shipping and delivery takes 6-7 business days (Saturday-Thursday) once an order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Important things to know:
- We don’t offer checking the order upon delivery. Any placed order has to be accepted, and we’ll later send the courier again if you are willing to exchange or return.
- Please ensure to have the order number and name before return or exchange.
- Any item with pin holes or perfume scent will not be accepted.
- Voucher codes are non-refundable and cannot be re-issued
- Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are unavailable for orders outside Egypt.
- Due to final clearance and hygiene concerns, certain items are non- exchangeable, non-returnable.
- Defected or wrong items delivered must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.
- We provide a comprehensive size chart for every item, for the customer to make sure it’s the perfect fit before placing the order.
Steps:
- Ensure your items are in an acceptable condition to be returned and with tags.
- Contact us for a return request with order number and name.
- We will send you the courier within 24 hours.
- Once we’ve received your items, our Quality team will process and check everything. Please allow another 1-2 days for this.
- If the return is accepted, Refunds will be processed (after deducting return shipping fees) within 3 business days from when the quality team approves the return. And for exchanges your new order will be shipped in the same day with any price difference (if exists) and shipping fees.

If the return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange.
